Return & Replacement Policy

At Owen’s Honey Hive, every jar is crafted in small batches with care, intention, and respect for our bees. Because our honey is produced under cottage‑food regulations and cannot be resold once it leaves our hands, all sales are final.

Even so, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. We will gladly replace or refund if:

 

  • Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

  • You receive the wrong item

  • You experience a quality concern within 30 days of purchase (such as fermentation or an unexpected off‑flavor)

 

 

We cannot accept:

  • Returns of opened or used products

  • Returns based on personal taste preferences

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Returns for natural crystallization (Crystallization is a normal characteristic of raw honey and does not affect safety or quality)

 

 

How to request a replacement

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your name

  • Order date

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo, if applicable

 

We’ll respond promptly and make it right with either a replacement jar or a refund.
