Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS and shipping charges are based on the weight of your packaged order as follows:
Up to 2lbs - $8.50
2lbs up to 4lbs - $9.55
4lbs up to 6lbs - $10.60
6lbs or more - $11.10

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping times are estimated to be 3-5 business days.

We offer FREE Long Beach Monday through Friday, and on weekends upon availability. For Same-Day Delivery orders mut be placed by noon. For Next-Day Delivery orders must be place by 6:00pm.
We also deliver within a 10-mile radius of Long Beach every Friday for a charge of $2.99. Orders must be place no-later-than 6:00pm Thursday for Friday delivery. Any orders placed after 6:00pm Thursday will be scheduled for delivery the following Friday.
You may also opt for free pickup in Long Beach. Pickup is available Monday through Friday, and on weekends upon availability. For Same-Day Pickup orders mut be placed by noon. For Next-Day delivery orders must be place by 6:00pm. Once your order has been received we will contact you to arrange a pickup day and time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Owen's Honey Hive LLC is committed to offering products that our customer love as much as we do. All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for a replacement or refund.

NOTE: Our honey reaches you straight from our hives. We do not pasteurize, nor heat the honey for filtration purposes, making it 100% pure, raw and unfiltered. As a result, our honey will crystalize over time. Also, small air bubbles or crystalized foam may appear at the top of the honey jar/bottle and is perfectly normal. Crystalized honey, air bubbles and crystalized foam are not causes for returning the product.

All returns must be made withing 30 days of date of purchase with receipt. Honey products must be returned unopened and unaltered. All products need to reach us damage free.

Once we have received your return it will be inspected, and upon approval we will either issue and refund to your original method of payment or replace the item.
